This workshop is offered on June 10, 2021, from 8am to 5pm, immediately before the opening of the main MRA conference.

SARTopo is a widely-used, collaborative online and offline mapping tool for use in Search and Rescue. Topics covered will from range from the ability to print maps for planning a training or at a mission, to assisting in base as a technician (ex: processing GPS tracks or recording clue locations), to using SARTopo for SAR planning and operations tasks, either on-scene or for remote support. Hands-on exercise will develop mapping data to support a mock search and rescue mission from inception into the second operational period.
